Shop Policy

Deliveries

Normal delivery times are 9am-5pm daily, Mon.-Fri. and Saturdays 9am-1pm. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day our hours are extended to 9am-6pm.

Delivery area includes Hot Springs and surrounding areas. Hospital, Funeral Homes and Nursing and Assisted Living homes in this area are included.

When ordering please include all apartment numbers, gate access codes and any other information needed to complete the delivery.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your order we will do our best to make you happy. We will pick up and redeliver another arrangement if you notify us within 2 days of receiving the flowers.

Since most of our products are perishable goods, we do not accept returns 

However,  we will ensure your satisfaction to the best of our ability. If the recipient keeps the flowers delivered and we are not asked to pick up and redeliver another arrangement we will not issue a refund.

We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers and plants, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa.

Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.
